Botai Microelectronics Sensor Series MH
The MH series ofBotai Microelectronics sensors uses automotive - grade MEMS sensor chips. These altitude sensors, which are designed for chassis control applications, support output in the form of analog signals, pulse - width modulation (PWM) signals, and PSI5 signals. They have been successfully applied in various types of electronically controlled suspension systems, and there are already multiple form - factor series available.
The core of the self - developed sensor is a Hall - type or magnetoresistive (AMR/TMR/GMR) sensing element fabricated through a magnetoelectric process, paired with a dedicated signal conditioning circuit. This combination offers excellent static and dynamic performance.
The BHO125H10A90 - 6 product outputs analog signals and can measure within a range of 2×125°.
This sensor is primarily used to detect the height of the vehicle's suspension chassis. Each vehicle requires four such sensors. It can also be customized for a 360 - degree measurement range and multi - interval angle measurement, which can be applied to sense the vertical movement angle of the wheels and the vibration amplitude of the vehicle body. Other applications include hill - start assist (tilt measurement) and automatic headlight leveling.
