Botai Microelectronics MU100 Series Automotive - grade Attitude Sensors

The MU series products of Botai Microelectronics sensors are applied in scenarios for identifying and measuring the attitude (including vehicle position and running direction) of moving vehicles in space. The MU100 series attitude sensors are compact automotive - grade IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) products. Internally, they not only integrate an inertial measurement unit (IMU) for detecting six - degrees - of - freedom (6DoF) motion and rotation but also incorporate an automotive - grade microcontroller (MCU). This enables vehicle - wide CAN communication, remote upgrade, and core algorithm fusion, providing accurate, effective, and real - time vehicle attitude information for the vehicle body chassis system, autonomous driving system, and domain control system.
The products of Botai Micro's MU100 series are independently calibrated before leaving the factory, compensating for relevant parameters such as full - temperature bias, scale factor error, and non - orthogonality to ensure the consistency of product performance and provide continuous, stable, and accurate sensor measurement data across the full temperature range.

Working Principle

The MU100 series attitude sensors contain various IC chips inside and support embedded program burning to realize functions such as power management, data acquisition, conversion, and fusion of the entire system. The accelerometers and gyroscopes inside the core IMU sensor can collect 3 - degree - of - freedom data and both adopt capacitive MEMS technology.
